Module 4 - Reflections

I am learning that there are many different ways that technology can be used to help student achievement. I am learning how to use wikki's and blogs to help students use in technology. Since these are new tools for me I am learning right along with my students and am very surprised how this opens new doors for my students as well as myself.

I can use the technology that I have learned by creating power points, wikki's and blogs to get ideas from my students.


I am still very nervous about learning these new tools because I still don't feel like I have a grasp on what I am doing. I guess I'm learning as I go.

Module 2 - Reflections

Working with my group I am getting caught up on the lessons that they planned. I was absent for module one and my group decided on basing our class project off Social Studies - Economics. This module helped us work from the assessment back. I thought this was a very interesting way to work on a project but it helped me reflect on what my goal or "I can" would be for the lesson.

My group is collaborating well together even though we are two different grade levels.

I am taking away the following from this lesson.
* Working backward in this process will help set the tone and goal of the lesson.
* Working across grade levels helps set the expectations for each class.
